Domu - Bootsy 9/09 Mix

West London's Domu is at the fore front of the broken beat sound, a propulsive mixture of funk, jazz, house and fractured rhythm. He's a great producer and an even better DJ. I've listened to a bunch of his mixes over the years and I think this is the best one I've ever heard. He moves so smoothly from instrumental hip-hop through Stax Records soul to the cutting edge of broken-beat and urban London underground. This is a great party mix. (The Leon Ware song is ridiculously catchy, I can't believe I'd never heard it before.)
